Kimberly is a seasoned financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of leadership experience across accounting, operations, and brand development. As the founder of Help with Financials, she brings a hands-on, small-business mindset backed by big-picture strategy — offering clients not just bookkeeping support, but clear financial guidance grounded in integrity and efficiency.

Before establishing her consultancy, Kimberly served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at mid-size enterprises where she streamlined multi-million-dollar financial systems, modernized reporting, and guided cross-departmental operational improvements. Her earlier experience includes managing both accounting and business development for a growing renewable-energy portfolio, and several years at Deloitte LLP, leading audits for clients in life sciences and investment industries.

Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Science in Accounting & Finance, cum laude, from the University of Miami. A Massachusetts CPA, she combines analytical precision with a genuine desire to help small businesses thrive through clear, organized, and actionable financial insight.

When she’s not helping clients balance their books, Kimberly can often be found exploring new places with her dog, Jaxson, planning off-the-beaten-path adventures, or refining creative projects through her other ventures — all guided by her belief that there’s always a better way to do the same old things.
